Headwaters Circle of Friends

This leadership giving society recognizes donors who make an annual commitment of $1,000 and more. Members of this special group will receive exclusive opportunities for involvement and recognition, including:

  • Recognition as a member of the Headwaters’ Circle of Friends in Spring issue of Heads Up to Your Health (unless anonymity is requested)
  • Recognition on the Headwaters’ Circle of Friends donor display
  • Invitation to the annual Donor Appreciation Event
  • Receipt of Headwaters Health Care Centre’s Annual Report upon request
  • Advance notice and opportunity to participate in major Foundation events
  • Charitable receipt for your annual gift

Partners in Caring

Headwaters’ Partners in Caring donors demonstrate their commitment to local health care by supporting our hospital through monthly giving. Their donations help purchase our highest priority equipment so we can provide the best possible care close to home and save lives. Thank you to our Partners in Caring!

Members of Partners in Caring will receive exclusive opportunities for involvement and recognition:

  • Acknowledgement annually in the Fall edition of Heads Up to Your Health (unless anonymity is requested)
  • Invitation to Headwaters Health Care Foundation’s annual Donor Appreciation Event
  • Receive advance notice of and the opportunity to participate in major HHCF events
  • Receive a consolidated tax receipt for the total amount of your annual donations (in February)
