Are you ready to celebrate, rumba style? The 25th Annual Headwaters Gala returns on Friday, September 13th, 2024 with a theme of ‘Havana Nights.’ This event will raise funds for Headwaters Health Care Centre!
The Teddy Bear Clinic is a carnival-style event where children can bring their teddy bears or stuffies to the hospital for care, diagnosis and treatment from real doctors and health care providers from Headwaters. Expect an educational and fun-filled day where children learn about what happens during a typical hospital visit.
All funds raised through the Teddy Bear Clinic will be used to improve children’s experience at Headwaters Health Care Centre.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer for women worldwide, with someone receiving a diagnosis every two minutes. The government does not provide the funds required to purchase medical equipment in our hospitals. This means nearly every piece of equipment used to provide cancer care is purchased thanks to donations made by individuals and organizations in our community.
