Every monthly contribution adds up! Headwaters’ Partners in Caring donors demonstrate their commitment to local health care by providing a steady, reliable source of income to the Foundation. Your donations help purchase our highest priority equipment so we can provide the best possible care close to home and save lives.
Your donation can be made in easy-to-manage amounts, and you can change or cancel your monthly gift at any time. Your donations are automatically charged to your credit card if you sign up online.
You will receive a charitable tax receipt for your total yearly contribution at the beginning of the next calendar year.

Monthly contributions provide stable funding year-round that allows us to meet our highest priority equipment needs.
We’ve been members of the community for a long time. From the day we met, we shared a connection centered around the importance of giving back and since then, we’ve been able to show our three children and grandchildren the emphasis it brings to a community when we all work together. Volunteering and being a monthly donor to Headwaters has also been an important value to us, and we both strive to live up to this commitment in our everyday lives.
