Dora Boylen-Pabst

Dora is the CEO of the Foundation.

Dora is a 22-year veteran in the not-for-profit sector, having spent her past 11 years in hospital fundraising as Vice President and member of the Senior Leadership Teams at both Southlake Regional Health Care Centre and North York General Hospital.

She’s led several capital campaigns during that time, raising over $120M for programs and equipment, working closely with internal and external communities that depend on hospitals for great care, close to home. She understands the importance of strong local health care, and is excited to lead the Foundation into the future, and work in the community she calls home.

In her personal time, Dora loves to travel. She is also very busy at home with her husband Jeff, her two children, four dogs and cat!

Meghan Cleeves

Administrative Assistant

Meghan Cleeves is the Administrative Assistant  and assumed the position in October 2018 . Meghan’s background is primarily within the hospitality industry, giving her over 10 years of experience in customer service. Meghan’s confident, positive and outgoing personality has made her a great addition to the Foundation team.
Meghan is looking forward to meeting all of our donors and building more relationships within her community.

Jenn Davies

Senior Officer, Signature Events and Community Engagement

Jenn has been managing events in the not-for-profit sector for over a decade having most recently lead the development and expansion of a national fundraising event in support of children’s cancer programs across Canada, managing over 100 events a year and raising over $17 million.  Prior to making the transition to fundraising, she owned small businesses in both Ontario and British Columbia.  

Jenn’s passion is empowering others to be difference makers and believes strongly that one gets back what they give.  She is inspired by the incredible impact that an engaged, committed community can have on a cause and is excited to help make connections in this community to support quality close to home.

Jenn is mom to 4 amazing kids and two dogs. In her personal time, warm or cold, she loves to be outdoors, cycling, hiking, and camping with those two dogs and her partner in adventures, her husband Gord.


Danielle Gibb

Director of Leadership and Planned Giving

Danielle is the newest member of the team as Director, Leadership and Planned Giving.

Danielle has been a leader in the non-for-profit industry for 12+ years with extensive campaign experience at Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation, Holy Trinity School and Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers. She is excited to connect with a caring community who truly values health care available close to home.

Danielle is a mom to two amazing girls, a dog, hamster and the newest member of their family, a bearded dragon. She enjoys spending time with her family and coaching her youngest daughters soccer team.

Kendra Mantler

Coordinator, Community and Corporate Engagement
Kendra Mantler is the newest member of the Headwaters Health Care Foundation and is the Coordinator of Community and Corporate Engagement.
Kendra has a passion for community events with her background being in event planning. She plans to take her experience that she has learned from previous roles and integrate it into working with our local community. Kendra advocates on the importance of mental health and is a member of the Get In Touch For Hutch Committee in her town of Arthur. She is excited to be able to work in a small community and play a critical role in care close to home. In her spare time Kendra loves to play lacrosse, host a daily radio show and be outside exploring with her dog, Levi.

Jennifer Sharp

Manager, Finance, Analytics & Stewardship Support

Jennifer Sharp started with Headwaters Health Care Foundation in 2006 and is the Manager of Finance, Analytics and Stewardship Support. Jennifer is responsible for all things revenue related and data management. Jennifer also works with the Finance, Investment and Audit Committees. Jennifer’s calm and confident nature allows her to work well with peers and volunteers.

Prior to joining HHCF, Jennifer worked for the Canadian Marketing Association, as Event Coordinator. Jennifer also worked at BrassRing Canada coordinating job fairs for the IT sector.

Jennifer currently volunteers with the Royal Canadian Legion as Membership Chair and sits on the Executive Committee.

Nicole Warren (Colie)

Coordinator, Direct Response, Marketing & Communications

Nicole Warren (Colie) is the Coordinator of Digital Media & Office Administration at Headwaters Health Care Foundation. Nicole graduated in 2014 from the Advanced Marketing Program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Nicole presents a strong enthusiasm when working with all social media platforms and understands the ever-changing digital world. She has been able to transfer what she has learned and incorporate that into successful donor stewardship. Nicole has recently been bitten by the travel bug and whenever she isn’t at work she is either out playing hockey or training with her horse in Hockley Valley.
